If you do not see your plan on this list, please call our office to get further
assistance from our staff. Our office staff will check your insurance prior to the first visit to determine the coverage. It is CCPT’s policy to try to work with all of you. To that end, we are happy to accept discounted rates when appropriate. A cash pay discount will be offered to all patients without health insurance.
